This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Omni Exclusive Diagnostic will provide corporate diagnostic and training services to the Client, including but not limited to drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, fingerprinting, phlebotomy, CPR & First Aid training, hazmat training, and mobile collection services.
